Mexico is under great pressure here, yes this is a friendly but the public and press has not been happy with the direction the team has taken even since Copa America. Public opinion has turned on the once popular coach who is being cast as a man more interested in doing commercials rather than coaching a soccer team. And their recent tie to Costa Rica after trailing 0-2 did nothing to diminish those critiques by the public and press.
So here comes Honduras with a team of talented strikers and decent midfielders who are always expected to play hard with Mexico. Because let me tell you something friends when it comes to playing Mexico or the US in Concacaf there are no friendlies, PERIOD.
I think Mexico comes out guns blazing here to win the game, and make no mistake this is a must win game for them. I also like the over 2.5 The -1 is at +103 if that is more to your taste if you don't want to lay the -175.
