FORGET YOUR OPINIONS! They will do you as much good as hot coffee in the desert. This is about numbers and future value. In fact the more uncomfortable you feel about it the better sign it is if you are just starting. Players, situations, trades will happen that can't be quantified since no one can predict the future.
There is no greater bang for your buck than in futures.. there is no stronger bet that you will make than when you can earn on both sides of a league.

Sure only the top tier team usually win but those second tier teams can make some awesome hedge bets at the end of the season.
